Airmail Drag — Terms of Service

Welcome to Airmail Drag, a cornhole scoring application operated by Andrew Lawler (sole trader) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Airmail Drag website, mobile application, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

  • Optional profile photo

3. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Airmail Drag offers both free features and paid subscription plans (monthly or yearly). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms listed within the platform. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by Australian consumer law or other applicable laws.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may upload limited content, including:

  • Profile photos
  • Team or gameplay details
  • Scoring data

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely for the operation of the Service.

You agree not to upload content that violates any law, infringes on the rights of others, or contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Privacy and Data Storage

Your privacy is important to us. Airmail Drag:

  • Does not sell or share email addresses with third parties.
  • Uses secure industry practices to store member data.
  • Stores all user data on Appwrite Cloud, a secure backend service.
  • Collects only the minimum necessary data including email, name, authentication details, and gameplay/usage data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or harmful activity.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Use automated tools or bots without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Airmail Drag is a tool designed solely for recreational use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of scoring or results generated by the Service. We are not responsible for inaccurate scoring, data loss, or gameplay outcomes based on the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $0 for free users).

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights guaranteed under Australian consumer law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, we believe your activity harms the Service or other users, or we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
